Lost your data?

Are you experiencing this?

A disk or two has failed in a RAID array. When one disk fails, it is not uncommon for nobody to notice. But, when the second drive fails, the data may become inaccessible. For example, in a RAID-5 array.
Two or three drives failed in a RAID-5 or RAID-6 array.
Fire damage.
Two disks in a RAID-1 array suddenly fail, usually due to bad sectors/read errors or a head failure.
Sudden power loss – this can sometimes cause hard drives to fail. An example of this is when heads are stuck to platters, which prevents drives from spinning up.
RAID controller failure or lost RAID configuration.
Lost access to all data after powering off a server or relocating it.
Water, liquid or flood damage.

Great service. I got all the data recovered within days and the cost was acceptable. It is good that the NAS manufacturer LaCie knows their service and it is on their recommended list. It’s a good wake up call I need to do dual backups. 🙂

I was working onsite and a buckets of seawater was dumping on the deck above flooding my laptop, which had a lot of information necessary for my work. Payam Data Recovery, inspected the laptop and gave me a same day quote. All data was recovered. Very happy with the service though I hopefully won’t require their services again.

Coming back home from an overseas conference trip, the last thing I needed was to be greeted by a non-starting desktop. I was desperate to recover my data, especially my ‘just-completed’ tax return information! PAYAM was recommended by my local IT repair shop as well as by the work IT personnel. It was worth every penny! Service was excellent – fast (within a week), professional and complete (all data was recovered). I highly recommend PAYAM to anyone whose data may have been deemed ‘unrecoverable’ by other IT service providers.

Frequently asked questions

In all data recovery cases, success is never guaranteed. When we provide you your obligation free quote, we will give you an idea of what your success chances are based on past recoveries that are similar to yours. Rest assured that when you use Payam Data Recovery, you have the highest chance of success!

We only require the drives from the RAID array, make sure you send us all of the drives, both faulty and healthy. We will need all of the drives from the array so that we can rebuild the entire data set.

Due to the complex and time consuming nature of RAID recoveries, we normally charge a non-refundable attempt-fee when you approve the quote. If the recovery is not successful, you will have only paid the attempt-fee and there would be no further charges due. We only charge you the remaining recovery fees if we are successful in recovering your data.

Since all of our recovery equipment and clean-room are located in our main lab, we can only perform RAID recoveries within our data recovery labs.
