LIFESAVER - this is our second time using Payam, unfortunately the first time with a dropped hard drive we had no luck however that didn't stop us using them again when we had our SD card magically become unreadable only a few months after our first traumatic experience. We used the express service and got ALL 500+ mp4 files back, undamaged almost OVERNIGHT. We cannot thank the staff at Payam enough for literally saving our business. Their staff are so friendly, especially to deal with me panicking and asking a million questions, I must have been so annoying. They even replied on weekends and a public holiday via Messenger! WORTH THE PRICE. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Firstly, "PAYAM Data Recovery" is exactly what they state on their website! I lost all my personal data that I had on a 500Gb slave drive and PAYAM recovered 99.99% of it, as it was, before my files were corrupted. Their customer service is absolutely first class and could not be any more helpful! I'm not in anyway associated with PAYAM and I can truly and honestly recommend PAYAM for any data recovery. I've been a IT technician for over 30 years and I've built, repaired and customise computers for all those years. The job that PAYAM did is that they recovered nearly 99.99% of about 280GB data on my 500Gb slave HDD, which is truly unbelievable and astounding! In summation, if anybody has any data recovery and/or lost and corrupted HDD's or SSD's, USB's, M.2's.etc etc then I advise you "TO NOT" buy any of the advertised 'Data Recovery Software' from any advertising retailers on the internet, contact PAYAM asap and all your data recovery headaches, time, money will be saved. My 95 year-old mother passed on 1 September so I’ve got a lot on my plate but I had to respond to this request for a comment… You guys did absolutely fantastic work. I literally got everything saved from the hard drive… The 4 TB SSD Samsung I sent to you I didn’t lose one thing and boy that makes a difference to my life!! When I initially found my external hard-drive containing almost 2 TB of data had stopped working, it didn't warrant thinking about without causing stress, anxiety, dread and helplessness. Payam were able to successfully recover 100% of more than 131K of files. I highly recommend Payam to anyone who may find themselves in the similar predicament I found myself in.

We recently came home from holidays and my husband went to put 9 weeks of pictures on the computer. Something happened and he lost the lot. The staff at Payam Data Recovery were very helpful. They answered my questions and provided me with expectations on the service. When I received my data, most of it had been recovered which was great news. Prior to finalising the recovery, they sent me a list of the files that could potentially have issues with the recovery. I was referred to Payam and from the first phone call it’s been super easy restoring my data. No fluff just straight to getting the job done. They provided the quote via email and then from there super easy and user friendly in starting the process. I liked that they even had a little video about how to send the device to them. They provided cheaper option in sending the device too. I needed to do a split payment at the end and a lot of times these days, the customers service … well you can call it that, and they freak out with split payments or cash payments but nope not Scott. He provided real customer service, cracked some jokes and got it all sorted. Last night I finally got around to opening up the hard drive and saw that everything was there. Phew! Thanks team! I would have lost a lot of memories and photos of my late father. Means a lot!

Happy with the experience working with Payam Data Recovery. My MAC Pro 2015 SSD drive failed on me, and they helped me recover my data. They did the analysis and provided a no obligation quote. They gave me time to think and there was no rush from them. And finally when I approved their quote - they took a week's time to recover my data as I had chosen the most relaxed time option where they committed to recovery in 2 weeks time but they finished the job in a week's time. While it is their business model, the only thing I would request them is to make the cost of recovery cheaper upto $500 for common people like us who are in no rush for recovery. The good part, that they know their job pretty well and are transparent and committed to the job at hand. The challenging part is the cost involved. Ideally backup your data every month or every quarter to save yourself from the agony of costs involved.

Payam was efficient in every aspect of my engagement. Communication of the process and progress was excellent. My faulty 4TB LaCie drive had my entire Lightroom catalogue and photos, spanning many years. Payam was able to recover all my most important photos, but not my Lightroom catalogue and its links to the edited photos. Not quite the result I hoped for, but still totally worth the cost.

The team were amazing in recovery all of my data from a Lacie External Hard Drive that just completely stopped working. Dealing with Payam to have data recovered from my daughter’s MacBook was simple and efficient. They were very communicative, kept me updated on the progress and reached out when they needed additional information. I had no prior dealings with Payam Data Recovery so after checking customer reviews decided they looked the best for the job at seeing what they could recover from my phone that had been waterlogged. I hadn't been backing up any precious memories for over 2 years and after already being told it was cactus by a local shop, I really didn't have any hope to receive any good news about it. I was.blown away when i received a message they had recovered all my requests. I not only received all my photos and data on a hard drive but my phone returned working! This was very old backup data, saved via the Lacie application, probably saved between 2006 to 2012. Sought help from other technical gurus but unfortunately, they were unable locate the data on the drive. Payam located the data and quickly categorised it and copied it to a hard drive. Great job, very satisfied with the result, thanks.

When my Ediloca 4TB SATA SSD suddenly became unallocated and Windows could no longer access it, I thought years of important data were gone. Before taking it to Payam Data Recovery, I tried using data recovery software which could detect many of the files, but it was unable to recover or save them. When I met Mr. Payam, he asked what troubleshooting I had already carried out before bringing in the drive. We discussed the limitations of consumer data recovery software, and he also shared some valuable advice about choosing storage devices. He recommended buying SSDs from reputable manufacturers and authorised retailers, as the quality of the components and after-sales support can make a significant difference. Payam Data Recovery handled everything professionally from start to finish. Their communication was honest and transparent, and they successfully recovered 54,191 files (1.42 TB) from my SSD. Their recovery report clearly identified the small number of files that were affected by physical read errors during imaging and placed them in a separate folder, which I really appreciated.
