Short answer
We have four data recovery labs, in Sydney CBD, Rhodes, Melbourne CBD and Brisbane CBD, and two secure drop-off points in Adelaide and Perth. Most work is done at the local lab, and some specialist work goes to our main data recovery lab in Rhodes, NSW. We move devices between our own labs at no cost to you. You are welcome to visit in person, or you can post your device to us.

Some of our locations are in shared office buildings with communal reception desks.
Our labs are staffed by trained, full-time data recovery technicians and equipped with the tools they need.
