Incredible service, I truly thought I lost all my photos on my SD card forever but I got every single photo back, it’s worth the price if the photos are irreplaceable! My micro SD card that I used for all my camera photos in America and Mexico unfortunately corrupted when I got home. I searched data recovery on google and Payam showed up. They gave me the option to send them the SD card or deliver it to their office. Once they got my SD card they assessed it and sent me a quote. I accepted the quote and a week later they came back with really good results! They recovered mostly all of my photos with the exception of a few damaged photos. They unfortunately didn’t recover any of my videos except 1, but that was okay, I was really happy to just have the photos that I knew were amazing back! They gave me the option to send it back to me or pick it up, so I picked it up and by doing so I was able to talk to the person who worked on my SD card, and he gave me a full explanation on what he could or couldn’t recover, and the reasonings behind it. I was able to search through my recovered data on their laptop before paying the invoice before I left. They gave me the option of a payment plan too. They also gave me the option of hard-drives in a Mac or Windows format. He was very kind to deal with. I’d recommend them to anyone that was in the same situation as myself. I used Payam Data Recovery to recover files on a Micro SD card from my phone. The phone had stopped recognising the SD card and my computer reported that the SD card was damaged, but could not repair it. Payam were able to recover the image files that I needed (as well as other files, which I had previously intentionally deleted). The service they provided was fast and very efficient. They kept me advised of what they were doing at each step and what could be recovered before any payment was required. Whilst overseas on holidays recently, my camera SD card became inaccessible when trying to back up my precious photos and videos. Living outside of the metro area, Payam Data Recovery were recommended by my local camera store as the best people to recover the data. Their website was very informative and all costs and processes very transparent. Submitting an inquiry, I received a response within hours and was very happy to send the SD card to the Brisbane office. Upon receipt, they immediately checked the card, advising me that they were 99% sure they could recover all files and provided a quote. Throughout the process I was continually informed by Scott McCalman of the process. Within days all my files were recovered onto a hard drive and sent by overnight courier back to me. Excellent service, will definitely be recommending to anyone who finds themselves in the same unfortunate situation. I accidentally formatted my SD card and called Payam Data Recovery. They told me that the videos were lost but it was possible to recover the pictures he managed to do in just a couple of days. Moderately disappointed with this service. Dropped my SD card off to get assessed got an answer very swiftly. Price $800 and time frame of upto or around 4-6 weeks Job was started on march 2019 and completed April 2020 Tried chasing it up with no new time frames available and effectively told to just wait it out. I was devastated beyond words when I lost 8,500 photos when my sd card was corrupted. I had lost photos of both my brother and dad who had passed within 8 months of each other. I got put onto payam data and Wes and the team were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them at any time. Just over 7,500 photos were recovered which was an awesome outcome. The North Sydney branch retrieved some valuable data that was extremely important from a CF card. It was a hardware/circuit issue so I Got told 3 quotes and depending on the problem it would be anywhere between $220 - $700+ I was ready for the worst case scenario and wouldn't have known any better so they could have said $700+ and u would have paid no questions but they were honest and told me it was a minor hardware issue and charged the minimum $220. In addition from ongoing correspondence via phone and email, what really impressed me was their honestly and genuinely wanting to help. I was given a 2 GB Olympus memory card purchased new on eBay. Half way through a 4 week trip to the UK, the card stopped working. When we returned home, our computer couldn't read it, so we took it to Olympus to be told it was a counterfeit card. They would have nothing to do with it. We then took it to a forensic computer specialist, who also could do nothing with the card. We came across PAYAM Data Recovery Pty Ltd when doing an internet search. I took the card to the North Sydney Office and was told I would know fairly soon if the photos were recoverable. The card was sent to the Melbourne office and Mark began working on it. He kept me informed about the progress recovering the data. It took longer than originally expected, because not only was the card a forgery, it was only 1GB, not 2 which made a difference in the recovery process. I was very impressed with Marks determination to get the photos and the fact that he would not give up. The time it took was immaterial as I just wanted my photos. I was also impressed that I would be charged a flat fee for the recovery. Their staff are so friendly, especially to deal with me panicking and asking a million questions, I must have been so annoying. They even replied on weekends and a public holiday via Messenger! I am writing this review to highly recommend the wonderful team at Payam. These guys are so honest and genuine, and truly care about their customers by providing them with the best service possible. Their dedication to helping people is far beyond what I've ever experienced before. They understand people are anxious about their lost data, so they do a wonderful job in communicating well throughout the whole data recovery process. I've recently moved, and live far away from any Payam location, however, I wont go through anyone else, as I have so much trust in the team. It's going to cost me a fair bit, as I've neglected a few of my memory cards over the years (one had completely crumbled to pieces, and they could still fix it!). Anyway, so they're helping me with a payment plan to suit my budget and time frame. Plus any payments I make, will be refunded to me if data is unable to be recovered. I can't recommend Payam Data Recovery highly enough.  They recovered most of my data from a broken memory card, that was in the worst possible condition.  In fact, it crumbled when I handed it to Vinh, who straight away reassured me there was hope.  And to my amazement, 99% of my photos were recovered a few weeks later.  So, anyone out there who is panicking, don't stress, till you visit these guys.     I also want to mention the wonderful service I received from Vinh, who called and emailed me regularly to give me up dates, as to where he and his team were at, in regards to recovering my data. Dear Wes through Payam, During our latest visit to Vietnam and Cambodia I made the fatal mistake of carrying out a request from my Tablet to faormat my SD card I mistakenly thought that did not affect my CF card. Unfortunately it did and I lost at least 1 day of photographs taken in Saigon. I asked various people if they could be retrieved only to be told by most people it could not be done. However a salesperson at Harvey Norman, Yes there, told me not all was lost as long as I had not done anything with the card but they could not do it nor would he suggest anyone. After some research I found Payam on a google search and with an office in Adelaide I thought why not give it a try. I spoke with Wes and although he would at the time not give me a guarantee he would look at it and let me know what he found. He did so early next day, including a print to show me. I gave him the go ahead and within days I had all my photos back, both Raw and JPG files.The thing that most impressed me was the fact that if I was not 100% happy with the result Payam would not charge me.
