I was working onsite and a buckets of seawater was dumping on the deck above flooding my laptop, which had a lot of information necessary for my work. Kane from Payam Brisbane was great and easy to deal with. They definitely know what they are doing and have all the advanced tools and fancy software which can talk to the drive’s firmware directly to recover nearly any faulty drive. In our case our sata hard drive would turn off during data recovery with r-studio and reply with CRC errors. They managed to recover all the data on it and clone it 1:1 to a new drive that was bootable.
