Short answer

No. We do not arrange couriers to collect items, to avoid lost or stolen parcels. You can deliver the item to our office, or pack it in bubble wrap with your job form inside and post it using Express Post with signature and tracking, or a courier such as StarTrack, TNT or FedEx. We do return your completed job to you free of charge after a paid job.

Once I submit a job, do you have a collection service to collect the job from me and bring it to you?

No, we do not assume responsibility for arranging couriers to pick up items from customers. This is to mitigate potential issues such as lost or stolen parcels, thereby preventing any liability being attributed to our company.

Therefore, this responsibility lies with you. You may either deliver the item to our office, ensuring its safe arrival for processing, or you may securely package it with bubble wrap, complete the designated form on our website, include the form within the package, and then transport it to Australia Post. We recommend utilizing Express Post with added signature and tracking services, and explicitly advise against authorizing delivery without a signature. Alternatively, you may engage a reputable courier company that you trust, such as StarTrack, TNT, or FedEx, all of which we recommend.

We do not organize free pickup and delivery services, as these often prove unreliable. Coordinating a specific date and time for courier pickup that aligns with your availability can be challenging. Thus, it remains your responsibility to deliver the item to us.

However, we do offer complimentary return delivery to you upon completion of a paid job. We will send the completed job back to you free of charge.
