Short answer

The price is the same for photos only or for everything, because the hardest and costliest part is getting access to your data, and skipping other files only saves some copying time. We recover all data, including application and system files, so if you later need something else there is nothing missing and no extra charge.

Regardless of the device, we do not impose any additional charges for skipping other processes. The primary distinction lies in the reduced time required for data transfer. The most challenging and costly aspect for our business typically involves reaching a point where we can access your data. Therefore, we generally repair the electronics on a damaged phone, MacBook, or SSD, and upon successful repair, we gain full access to all data.

Whether we utilize software or manually copy and back up the data, the time difference for your photos and other files is solely dependent on the duration of the backup process. For instance, it may take 40 minutes to back up all photos and perhaps 1 hour and 30 minutes to back up all other data. However, we charge a fixed price to recover everything, primarily because we often find that customers may change their minds and subsequently request additional documents, such as a desktop document, Outlook emails, or messages.

Consequently, we encompass all data, including application and system files, every single file that was ever present on the device, be it a hard drive, SSD, or phone. This approach ensures that should you ever return to us, we can confidently state that we have recovered everything for you, with nothing missing and no additional charges. Our aim is to finalize the work efficiently, performing it thoroughly and optimally the first time.
