We recommend calling ahead or making an appointment if you wish to speak with a technician, require extensive assistance with specific questions, or need us to dismantle an item, such as an iMac computer to remove a hard drive, and you wish to take it with you immediately. Occasionally, our staff members may be occupied with other customers and unable to dedicate significant time to your inquiry.
For this reason, most of our customers complete a form on our website titled “Start Your Recovery Today” to obtain a job number, then drop off their item to our reception team. The reception team then forwards the item to our technicians. Some customers prefer to meet with our staff, and our available staff members will gladly assist them. Our staff are almost always available to meet with you, introduce themselves, provide business cards, and answer any questions you may have. At the very least, you will know who you are dealing with.
