A few years ago, we did attempt to maintain operating hours on Saturdays and Sundays. However, this proved to be economically unviable for our business, as customer traffic on weekends was insufficient. Furthermore, the few customers who did visit on weekends were often the same individuals who would have visited on a Monday or Friday. The operational costs associated with weekend hours were excessive and would have necessitated additional charges to our customers. Consequently, we made the decision to operate solely from Monday to Friday.
The vast majority of our customers are able to visit during our standard operating hours. Should you be unable to do so, we may be able to make special arrangements for weekend appointments, provided our staff are available. Alternatively, we recommend entrusting your item to a family member or friend who can bring it to us on your behalf. Additionally, you may send your item to us via post or courier if you are unable to visit during weekdays.
