Our main data recovery lab is in Rhodes, NSW. Most locations are in CBD areas, where parking is limited and usually paid, so allow extra time or ask a friend to drop you off. You can also post your device to us.
Where are you located? What is the parking like?
We have four labs, in Sydney CBD, Rhodes, Melbourne CBD and Brisbane CBD, plus secure drop-off points in Adelaide and Perth. Our main data recovery lab is in Rhodes, NSW. You are welcome to bring your item to any of our locations. Parking varies at each one.
Generally, our locations are situated in central business district (CBD) areas, where parking is limited and typically requires payment. For instance, in Sydney, there are two parking lots directly outside our CBD lab, reportedly named Secure Parking and Wilson Parking. The initial 30 minutes can cost approximately $20 to $29. In other states, such as Adelaide and Perth, parking may be more affordable. It is advisable to research nearby paid parking options as they are generally available in CBD areas.
The only location known to offer street parking is our Melbourne lab; however, these spots are metered. We strongly recommend utilizing paid parking facilities. Please refrain from illegal parking, such as parking in bus stops, as this will result in a parking ticket. This is not worth the risk and we cannot be held responsible.
Consider parking an investment, similar to a visit to a doctor or dentist. Please allocate sufficient time for your visit, including time for our staff to assist you and for elevator access. To avoid a parking ticket, consider having a family member or friend drop you off. They can wait nearby or circle the block if you have heavy items, such as an iMac or server. Alternatively, you may choose to post your item to us.
