Short answer

Yes. We temporarily fix the fault and make a full iPhone, iTunes or iCloud backup, then return the phone to you. We do data recovery, not phone repairs, so you can restore the backup to a working or replacement phone.

I have just had my screen replaced on my iPhone, and it is blank or black. I can receive calls, but I cannot make any calls or get any messages or photos. Can you fix it, or can you retrieve my data? What is the cost?

Generally, what we will do is temporarily resolve that issue. We will create a full Apple iPhone or iTunes backup, or even an iCloud backup if required. We will then return the phone to you. We recommend taking it back to Apple or wherever you acquired it, and having them replace the phone. We will carry out repairs, and once you have a working phone, you can restore the backup we provide to that phone.

We are not performing phone repairs; we are solely focused on data recovery. Our objective is to retrieve the data for you, which we are capable of doing. You can then obtain a new or replacement phone and restore the backup we provide to a reliable, working device.
