Short answer

Unfortunately no. We have no tools that bypass the security on an iPhone 11, and even the forensic tools used by law enforcement only work on much older models. Unless an iCloud backup exists, ask family who might know the passcode, avoid too many wrong guesses because that disables the phone, and do not use software that claims to unlock it, because it usually factory resets the phone and erases everything.

My daughter has an iPhone 11 but cannot recall her PIN. Are you able to retrieve the photos from her device?

Unfortunately, we do not possess any hacking or cracking tools that are effective on the iPhone 11. Although we utilize the most advanced mobile phone forensic tools available, such as Cellebrite, which are also employed by law enforcement, they do not function on these particular phones. They are only compatible with older models, such as the iPhone 5 or iPhone 6. Devices newer than the iPhone 7 are highly secure, and we lack any methods to bypass their security. Apple’s security encryption is designed to prevent unauthorized data access without the correct passcode.

Unless an iCloud backup exists and is accessible, the only recourse is to inquire if others might know the passcode, or if it was used for other purposes. It is crucial to avoid entering incorrect guesses too many times, as this will disable the phone. Always consult with children; it is surprising how often young family members learn passcodes by observing their parents and relatives. I have three small children, and all of them know my phone passcode, despite never being explicitly told; they simply watch over my shoulder and find it engaging to learn their parents’ passcodes.

Regrettably, data recovery companies do not possess any tools or methods to accomplish this. While some software found online claims to be able to do so, these typically perform a factory reset, which will erase all data. It is strongly advised not to use such software.
