Short answer

Usually no. If you have no iCloud backup and do not remember the passcode, or the phone says disabled or unavailable, data recovery is not possible, because the security on newer iPhones cannot be bypassed, even by tools used by law enforcement. Ask family or friends who may know the passcode, and check iCloud.com for an automatic backup.

I am locked out of my iPhone 13. Can you assist me in recovering my data?

Unfortunately, if you have not created an iCloud backup and do not recall your passcode, or if your phone is disabled or unavailable, data recovery is not possible. Even professional tools, such as Cellebrite and other mobile phone data recovery equipment utilized by law enforcement, cannot bypass the security on the latest iOS versions or newer phones. While we possess software and tools compatible with older models like the iPhone 3, 4, 5, 6, and even 7, newer devices have encryption that is too robust to be cracked by password.

The most advisable course of action, if your phone is not yet disabled and still allows for password attempts, is to consult family members, friends, or particularly children, who may be privy to your passcode. We once had a client who successfully recalled their passcode after undergoing hypnosis.

However, a data recovery company can offer no further assistance. It is recommended to log in to iCloud.com to confirm whether an automatic iCloud backup exists. Otherwise, you may have no alternative but to accept the data loss, perform a factory reset, and ensure you take preventative measures in the future.
