I had an aged MacBook Pro that had accumulated a lot of data and had not been backed up for about 6 months, so there was some recent information and documents that I was keen to keep. MacBook Pro's of this age have integrated logic boards so recovering the data was potentially an issue. Apple referred me to Payam and they were able to recover the entire data file (nearly a terabyte of data) for me within 2 weeks.  I am very satisfied with the cost and the result. Life savers ! My son’s Macbook just stopped working one day. Apple (who were excellent to be fair) said she was dead and would be an $1800 repair (new logic board). My sons also did not have his documents backed up (yeah yeah I know - but sometimes you forget). In comes Payam to the rescue. Superb pre and post sale service. They performed amazing internal surgery on his Mac and retrieved the mission critical data for us. As the drives in these Mac’s are hardwired to the motherboard they could’ve be removed so the surgeons at Payam had to perform open heart surgery to get my son’s data back. All 23 GBs were returned on a new Toshiba hard drive and posted back to us in less then 5 days. If you have important data and no back up - these guys are your answer. Payam Data Recovery has always been my go to when it comes to any form of recovery, however this time was different because it wasn't a hard drive, it was a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra with a bootloop.I needed access to the photos which was extremely important. I was quoted one amount then informed that it was a no go, but I was offered an alternative solution at a higher price. Customer service by these guys was exceptional! Wes at the Adelaide office was really kind and helpful, I was a bit emotional when I dropped my phone off as I was so scared I wouldn’t be able to get my data back as I had dropped my phone at the beach over Christmas. He was very reassuring that they have a high success rate and the team know what they are doing. We are talking years of baby photos that were saved… I had no backed up my data to my laptop in a LONG time so lesson learnt. It was successful and only took about 3 weeks in the end. They were great at helping out with a payment plan as I couldn’t do the lump sum all at once. Fingers crossed no issues happen again but I know where to go and send people if it does. I had only known of them reputationally, and so was somewhat shocked at the amount of information and detail that was relayed throughout the whole process. Honestly words can’t describe what Payam can do! I walked into the ocean while on holiday in Thailand.. as I was taking photos of beautiful scenery I phone died of water damage due a crack in the back of my iPhone. 10 days later I brought my phone into Payam data recovery and to my surprise they recovered everything until the very last photo until my phone’s death. Job 46935 - In short, my iPhone 14 Pro became a brick and wouldn't power on, Apple told me there was nothing they could do to help as I did not back up my data to iCloud. Payam Data Recovery took less than two weeks to provide me with the entire contents of my iPhone as well as an iPhone backup folder. I can understand why they have such high ratings. Amazing. From start to finish. The online chat, the reception staff, Tim the technician, and all the other recovery experts; all professional and helpful to the highest level. I had a severely salt water damaged cracked iPhone 11 Pro that had not been backed up for over 4 years (stupid I know). Tim was helpful and very patient and ensured I didn’t have any backups in places I didn’t know (I didn’t). They retrieved all my data and made it possible to restore it to a new iPhone via an iTunes backup. It took them a week to recover and accommodated a flexible drop off and pick up  for me. If you think you have lost all your data from your water damaged phone, and don't have iCloud back up, don't lose hope! These guys are absolute life savers! After losing all my data from my water damaged iPhone, the Apple store at Castle Hill recommended me to contact Payam. I contacted them and the pleasant receptionist advised I could drop by the Rhodes office with my completely dead phone. Upon arrival at the Payam office, I was met by a friendly gentleman who took the time to clearly explain the whole process and answer all my questions. Not pushy at all and just a straight up nice guy. At the end of our conversation and after handing over my phone ,with the hope the data could be retrieved, I asked  him for his name. He shook my hand and said "I'm Payam Toloo". Works out that the person who I thought was a super friendly customer service rep was the owner and founder of this awesome company. What a champion bloke! Most importantly, within a couple of days I received an email from Payam and to my amazement they were able to completely retrieve all data from my phone. All 500Gbs worth! I'm forever grateful. They were able to retrieve everything and supplied backups, all quickly and with clear communication and as an added bonus provided a simple video with instructions on how to transfer the retrieved back up data from the storage device to my new iPhone. The team at Payam have been able to do what 2 other data recovery companies could not do and both told me they were leaders in the field , one is based in Melbourne and one in Sydney. i had a cracked mother board on my phone a late Samsung, the screen would not lite up so standard methods for recovery would not work , both tried with no success and told me all was lost . I contacted Payam told them of my dilemma explained in detail they said we are able to do things that other data companies can not , so of course my eyes rolled hearing this sort of talk for the third time but they were very thorough in their explanation and optimistic they would succeed , so with nothing to loose i sent them the phone , on that phone i have some 42,000 photos , over 400 videos , contacts from all over the world some 450 odd, plus all my messages and apps , this data base has been growing since 2016 , has been transferred with 4 phone upgrades the new Samsung is the 5th, in short it is my world and means a very great deal to me . i had a short wait approx 10 days and the team from Payam have notified me that they have been able to recover 100% of my data  AND their cost was less than the other two agencies had quoted . After asking for quotes everywhere and doing research for iPhone data recovery in Auckland, I received the most affordable quote and most professional service from Payam. My iPhone took a dive into the bathtub and stopped working immediately. I felt so ill and couldn’t stop crying, I thought I had lost all the photos from my pregnancy and  the first year of my second sons life. How would I explain that one when he is older and comparing to his brother!? Thanks to payam I don’t have to explain it! Filled in the online form, sent my phone to them, got all my data, photos, contacts, messages recovered. The process was quick and easy to follow. Very happy with the service, the people at Payam Data Recovery are literally life savers. Our Samsung Galaxy S8 was locked due a forgotten pin and on top of that Secure Startup was enabled meaning that the device pin had to be entered before the phone even switched on. It had gotten to a stage where if the pin was entered incorrectly a few more times the phone would automatically do a factory reset and delete all the data on the phone. We had priceless photos of our new born that we couldn't afford to lose. The process of booking a data recovery job is made so simple and can all be done through their website. They provide multiple options to choose from depending on urgency. If the data is not recovered they don't charge anything. The first assessment, they weren't able to recover the data due to the encrption on the phone. They recommended to contact them again in 6 months as they are constantly researching new methods and tools. A year later, we sent the phone off again and this time they were able to recover all our photos, videos ... Their customer service is 2nd to none, they provide the option of viewing the recovered data remotely to make sure your happy with the service before making payment. Absolutely incredible. I'm not a frequent hander out of 5 stars. I had so little hope that anyone would be successful getting years of photos off my busted iPhone. The error I had was one multiple other providers said would be impossible to work with - they didn't even want to try it was so hopeless. Payam no joke did so in such a quick time frame, I was shocked. The turn around time was quick, the follow up email with results was comprehensive (including a video of some of the data, to show what was recovered), and the shipping of my data back to me was so fast it was like Australia Post became a half decent service just for Payam. Very professional, did a great job recovering the data on my water damaged iPhone XS, tried everything else and they were my last resort. They send back all the data and a copy of the iPhones restore file which enabled me to reimagine all the data and files onto my new phone. These guys were recommended by the Apple store. Spoke with them and they were great at explaining the process. Was best priced in the market too. Dropped off a non-functional phone and received a hard drive back within 2 weeks! Had an issue with the backup file but got on the phone with Craig who helped me step through the issue and eventually, we got my iPhone and all its data recovered onto a new iPhone! (Payam specifically let me know that the phone may be destroyed in the process). Thank you so much! Payam data recovery truly has gone above and beyond. After dropping my iphone onto the pavement i thought i was dealing with simply a badly smashed screen. After taking it to Apple I was told that i had damaged it beyond just the display and had actually damaged the hardware internally which is why it couldn't turn on. This was confirmed by a repair shop who also said that there was no chance of recovering the over 8 years of photos and videos that i had on there which had not been backed up anywhere. Payam received my phone on Tuesday morning and by Thursday night I had an email saying that my recovery was complete. Lesson learnt on not backing up your files, but thankfully Payam saved the day.
