Usually yes. If the MacBook has only been exposed to water, let it dry completely for 24 hours before trying to power it on, and do not charge it. If it stays dead, bring it to us straight away. We can usually find the electronic damage and make a temporary repair so we can back up all your data. We have a high success rate with this type of damage.
