I am very happy with the service received from Payam. They recovered most (maybe all) the data from from failed my 500gb laptop drive, and provided the service in under 48 hrs, for under $400. Although the full service price was similar to others, I selected PAYAM as they offered a sliding payment scale, meaning that I initially didn’t have to put my hand too far in my pocket with no idea of the outcome. That is- the financial risk was lower. I found the staff helpful and polite on the phone,and at the office, and there was even a follow up call to see how I went. I have recommended PAYAM to several of my colleagues and will continue to do so. My experience was very good. When you balance the cost of recreating/assembling your work, the money was well spent. But it is still no substitute for an effective, confirmed backup. But you probably already know that otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this review!

We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. The following article will tell you where to find the location of your iTunes Backups on your computer – https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204215
The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
