I did a lot of research and called a lot of places , I even took my hard drive to a competitor , they couldn’t do a thing after 1 week and were disorganized at best. I had 500+ important (to me) photos seemingly lost forever on a faulty compact flash card. My PC was requesting the card be formatted and my camera wasn’t recognising it at all!

I had a Seagate drive that was a replacement for a different Seagate drive that failed under warranty, also fail after less than a year. I immediately unplugged it, and did some websearching and found PAYAM Data Recovery. I gave them a call, brought my drive down. Turned out the heads had crashed, and it was sent to “The Clean Room” . As the data on it wasn’t desperately needed, but I did want it recovered, I took the slow option. Upon examination, it was the heads, but the platters were undamaged. PAYAM reconstructed the drive and was able to recover ALL the data and put it on a brand new drive.

When I had a bit of confusion about payment/return method, it was explained, I paid and the drive was back to me 4 days after

I have a few static glitches on very few of the media files, but they work. Now, I know not all data recovery jobs have this great of an outcome, but considering what the cost of the loss of data would have been, in time and money to rebuild, it was well worth the cost.

As for “slow” method, my drive was fixed in under a month and returned. Definitely recommend PAYAM.

We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. The following article will tell you where to find the location of your iTunes Backups on your computer – https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204215
The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
