Scott and the Payam team managed to revive and restore a completely non-functioning MacBook that Apple had suggested was irretrievable. The service was incredibly fast, efficient and at a surprisingly good price. I thought I had backed up the photos but when I looked to find the backups I realised that they were not there. After a new Samsung 850 Pro SSD got corrupted while I was downloading files to my Mac, Craig and Vinh in Melbourne came to the rescue and recovered 340GB worth of files that I thought I’d lost forever.
