I did a lot of research and called a lot of places , I even took my hard drive to a competitor , they couldn’t do a thing after 1 week and were disorganized at best. I have extremely valuable information on my hard drive and it was the 2nd time this had happened to me. This company retrieved my data from a mechanical malfunction of some sort from my hard drive. The hard drive could not be accessed using any computer yet Payam managed to get it all off & onto an external hard drive for me. We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. International customers are always welcome. The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
