All my personal & work files (6 years worth) were all on my external hard drive, that is until my partner accidentally dropped it. My drive had hardware failure with very low chance of recovery, however in a very short amount of time (less than 1 business day) Payam had supplied me with a free assessment and gave me a large amount of detail of the issue at hand – they then clearly communicated to me what my options were and the effort required, they were professional at all times including when delivering the bad news. Great price, great service, great business! My work external drive died and Payam recovered all my files and put them onto a new drive for a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere. I took the new drive back to work and spent a day updating and sorting all my job files on the drive. I then left it with another unit within my workplace for them to backup the files to a server. I was totally shattered when they dropped the new drive and stuffed it. I took it back to Payam and they fixed the drive for free. Awesome service! Thanks for your help guys.

Kevin, immediately set about identifying the problem, which he did in approximately 10 minutes and explained the process and procedure that was necessary to attempt to retrieve our information. We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. The following article will tell you where to find the location of your iTunes Backups on your computer – https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204215
The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
