Thanks Payam for saving my bacon–and my budget. I didn’t really have a choice to not recover my data, and all other avenues had turned up a non-result, or a hideously expensive result. As it is, they were able to recover all my data, at a very reasonable price. The staff were fantastic too: incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive in my time of need. Love your work, Payam!

I love your work, it was fantastic service, and should you ever require it I will recommend you to the Pope for sainthood – you have performed miracles and resurrected my hard drive. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone with a data recovery problem.

I recently lost important data on an external hard drive. I was referred to Payam by my IT department. They had no prior experience of them but sent me their contact details based on website information. I received prompt and kind service. I was listened to carefully, given realistic expectations of the recovery outcome and shown empathy in relation to my frustration. The parking and access facilitated the speedy service. I did not see anyone dressed like the image in the website. I experienced a highly professional service. Strongly recommend.

Excellent service! I had an awful time with an Apple authorised repairer basically telling me my laptop was toast and it would cost $3,000 to recover my data. I went to Payam Data Recovery as I knew there wasn’t anything physically wrong with my laptop, it was just stuck on an update loop. The team was so professional, set my mind at ease and thankfully recovered all my data, popped it onto a hard drive and delivered everything back to my door (and cost a 10th of what the authorised repairer said it would cost me). I dropped it off on a Tuesday and had my laptop back in my hands the following Wednesday, along with irreplaceable university work, photos and other data. A wipe of the laptop and I am back to getting my work done.
Thank you again! Your professionalism and service during a really stressful period was next to none.

Frequently asked questions

We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. The following article will tell you where to find the location of your iTunes Backups on your computer – https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204215
The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
