I was elated to retrieve my data but more so my 37,000 photos which I had been categorising for the last 18 months..

All staff were courteous.

We dealt with Tim with our data, he did not rush us, was generous with his time and gave us suggestions.

Moral of the story, if you do not want to pay big back to retrieve your data, back up your data if you are like me or better still send it to the I cloud.

My RAID-5 Server crashed, 2 drives had were clicking. I sent this to 3 other data recovery companies (1 in North Sydney, 1 in Melbourne and the last was a global firm in QLD). None of them could recover the data, after 3 months i had lost all hope. I was heard an Ad for Payam Data Recovery on Radio. Their ad said ‘nothing is impossible!’. After 2 days, they recovered all of my data. I could not believe it. It cost me only $800 (the other companies quoted $2,500-$7,000 which i actually did approved all 3 quotes as i was desperate but none of them could fix the problem! I got all my MYOB accounting files, outlook pst email files and family photos back. Next time i’ll go to Payam 1st! Cheaper and better than the other companies that were just full of crap! Very friendly service, good customer service is hard to find – and their service was flawless! I am very happy, they were better, faster and cheaper than other companies. Well done. We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. The following article will tell you where to find the location of your iTunes Backups on your computer – https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204215
The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
