I used to work in IT. I’m the guy people (still) come to when they lose their data. I recently did a wedding on a professional SLR, recorded to a compact flash card (very reliable). Somehow, I managed to corrupt my FAT32 partition and corrupt the entire card. I only know that because PAYAM told me. I thought I had busted the hardware – the electronic internals. PAYAM are an honest company, no doubt about it. They charged very, very reasonably considering my circumstances, and they got onto the job faster than they had to. I literally lost 20 + years of data from a 10TB Western Digital HDD. I purchased a second one and was meant to back up my data onto it. By mistake, Windows 10 disk management decided to initialize the wrong 10TB HDD. It was a panic attack heart attack moment. We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. The following article will tell you where to find the location of your iTunes Backups on your computer – https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204215
The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
