I had plenty of experience many years ago with he team, but changed between jobs since then. At my job we had a client destroy a ms surface, unfortunately they did not back up any data at all, everything that was potentially lost was business critical.
I suggested Payam and a co-worker called the Melbourne office in a frantic manner. The staff member we spoke to assured us that the service could be done, and if needed, Payam would have staff there working 24×7 to recover this data. All pricing was discussed and clear. My RAID-5 Server crashed, 2 drives had were clicking. I sent this to 3 other data recovery companies (1 in North Sydney, 1 in Melbourne and the last was a global firm in QLD). None of them could recover the data, after 3 months i had lost all hope. I was heard an Ad for Payam Data Recovery on Radio. Their ad said ‘nothing is impossible!’. After 2 days, they recovered all of my data. I could not believe it. It cost me only $800 (the other companies quoted $2,500-$7,000 which i actually did approved all 3 quotes as i was desperate but none of them could fix the problem! We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. The following article will tell you where to find the location of your iTunes Backups on your computer – https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204215
The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
