My girlfriend’s hard disk got stuffed without warning and no signs at all, and it froze the computer completely. I had no idea what to do and since she was starting up her own business, she had a lot of critical files on her disk. I searched the web and came across Payam. Firstly, the website was good. They were detailed, and gave straightforward quotes. There was no hidden costs involved. Also, they had the lowest prices across a few other companies that came up in my search, which were charging $1000 and above. I rang them up. They were very professional and very friendly. I sent the hard disk in and within 4 days, I could collect the hard disk (I did provide them with a new one since the old one was completely screwed, but they do sell HDD as well) and they retrieved the data as well to my relief.  I would highly recommend Payam to anyone who is unfortunate enough to encounter HDD failures. We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. The following article will tell you where to find the location of your iTunes Backups on your computer – https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204215
The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
