I was overseas and away from my backup when the hard disk failed. The local ‘experts’ were unable to restore any data at all – and wasted much time – and had no idea what they were doing. On returning home, Payam was able to recover all of the data for me, and provided prompt and efficient service while doing so, at the stated price without any mucking around.

This company came highly recommended and did not disappoint! I sent them a Solid State hard drive that stopped working after 7 months. Not only were they able to recover the data, but they did it extremely fast. The customer service was excellent and always kept me up to date as to where I was in the process. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs data recovery!

Eternally grateful to Payam Data Recovery for recovering the majority of my 15+ years of photos after my external hard drive died. Thought I had forever lost the photos and videos of our wedding, birth of our kids and movies of them growing up. Great communication, reasonable price (although I would of paid anything to get those memories back) and fast turnaround time. Worth every cent. Will be sure to back up my files this time!! Thank you Payam!

I feel like I just got my life back. It’s strange losing photos can make you feel like you’ve lost a part of your life. Even more since I haven’t seen my kids in 2 years now. Payam couldn’t retrieve my photos 1st attempt but called me a year later to lmk they could try again. They were successful, recovered everything. I’m so happy. It was expensive but worth every memory. Thanks guys!!!

My external hard drive fell off a desk and started clicking. 3 computer shops could not help. Payam Data Recovery gave me a quote in a few hours, and fixed it in 1/2 the time they quoted me. Excellent customer service! I was impressed and best of all, I got my honeymoon photos back.

My HDD had crashed. I left the HDD in Payams hands expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised when told they were able to recover all the data very quickly which included a lot of photos and Company information. Very friendly and professional staff.

Frequently asked questions

We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. The following article will tell you where to find the location of your iTunes Backups on your computer – https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204215
The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
