My hard disk crashed and I lost everything. I took it to my local computer business that I deal with and they were unable to retrieve any of the disc contents. I had not backed up the disc for the past 8 months or more and had all of my work files as well as family photos and important emails that were lost. I used to work in IT. I’m the guy people (still) come to when they lose their data. I recently did a wedding on a professional SLR, recorded to a compact flash card (very reliable). Somehow, I managed to corrupt my FAT32 partition and corrupt the entire card. I only know that because PAYAM told me. I thought I had busted the hardware – the electronic internals. I had a burned out board on my desktop hard drive with 60Gb of data – they managed to repair the board and transfer to the data to my external drive and didn’t do anything with the old drive until had confirmed that it was safe to do so.

I opted for the “economy” service which took around 3 weeks, however that was over the Christmas period too. Great service.

We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. The following article will tell you where to find the location of your iTunes Backups on your computer – https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204215
The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
