I fried my hard drive by plugging in the incorrect power source. Devastated as I was I gave Payam a call and was told the price of recovery which initially shocked me, but then I started thinking if I get back the thousands of videos and tens of thousands of photos that it was definitely worth doing.

I went to Payam after hearing their ad on the radio, the connection on my HDD had broken off the circuit board. They gave me a free quote and within 24 hours had told me they could help. The info I have on the drive is critical for my business and they had recovered 100% of it within a few days. I can now also get the drive replaced under warranty. We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. International customers are always welcome. The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
