I called Western Digital tech support last month after my WD MyBook stopped working. They told me to try Payam and I’m glad I did. They were so helpful and got all my documents back fast. Was cheaper than I expected and the guys were very helpful when I was panicking. Thanks a million!!

I feel like I just got my life back. It’s strange losing photos can make you feel like you’ve lost a part of your life. Even more since I haven’t seen my kids in 2 years now. Payam couldn’t retrieve my photos 1st attempt but called me a year later to lmk they could try again. They were successful, recovered everything. I’m so happy. It was expensive but worth every memory. Thanks guys!!!

The server we use to store all our small business files blew up and Payam were able to do a full data recovery. They were fast, professional and communicated clearly throughout the process. Highly recommended.

I have used Payam a number of times and they have always been friendly, accommodating to my needs, and best of all, successful!

Even when we accidentally deleted some family photos off an external hard drive (they weren’t even in the recycle bin) Payam recovered all the photos.

Very happy with Payam service. I opted for economy option as I didn’t have any rush with recovery. What I liked most is the continuous updates on the status of data recovery. But the most important is the final result, almost everything was recovered.

My drive had hardware failure with very low chance of recovery, however in a very short amount of time (less than 1 business day) Payam had supplied me with a free assessment and gave me a large amount of detail of the issue at hand – they then clearly communicated to me what my options were and the effort required, they were professional at all times including when delivering the bad news. I cannot fault their customer service and the speed of their email/telephone replies/updates.

After losing my photos on a trip of a lifetime, I was quoted $1700 from a local Canadian company to retrieve my photos due to the complicated nature of my data loss problem. Devastated, I thought my photos were lost forever. After what seemed like endless searches, I heard about Payam through an online blog and sent my broken SD card across the ocean in hopes that they could recover my memories. I chose to pursue the economy service for $300 and immediately began communication with Payam. They were able to recover my photos and have them returned to me in less than the 30 day limit and at the fraction of the cost back home. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to salvage photos from a damaged SD card.

Frequently asked questions

We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. The following article will tell you where to find the location of your iTunes Backups on your computer – https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204215
The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
