I’d recently crashed my MacBook Pro and thought i had lost all data in my computer. I brought it over to Apple Store and Mac Centric, both of whom could not help me and suggested that I may not be able to retrieve my data anymore. The latter of whom however, suggested that I would need to go to a an experienced data recovery team and try my luck there. When my HDD failed I was in shock thinking “that didn’t just happen, did it?” Everything I thought was worth keeping for the past 10 years was on that Drive.  The guys at the local PC store couldn’t even read the drive, saying “it has some big problems” & suggested I give the guys at PAYAM a call & send them my HDD.  Glad I did! I am writing to tell you how satisfied I am with the service that you and PAYAM provided.

As you may remember, I had a WD Passport drive that had archived mail files, presentations and documents stored on it.  The drive died during a trip overseas and I was desperate to recover the information.
