Kane from Payam Brisbane was great and easy to deal with. They definitely know what they are doing and have all the advanced tools and fancy software which can talk to the drive’s firmware directly to recover nearly any faulty drive. In our case our sata hard drive would turn off during data recovery with r-studio and reply with CRC errors. They managed to recover all the data on it and clone it 1:1 to a new drive that was bootable.

I thought I had backed up the photos but when I looked to find the backups I realised that they were not there. When I needed urgent access to a couple of the retrieved files, before I had received back the retrieved data on hard disk, your staff sent me an email attachment with the 2 files I needed. They were also able to delay the deletion of your back-up copy of the retrieved data, until I had had a chance to fully check out all the retrieved data on the external hard disk.
