After approaching two data recovery companies and being told in each case, after initial investigation payments were made, that the data was unrecoverable, hope was almost lost as well as the data. My hard disc crashed and I lost everything. I took it to my local computer business that I deal with and they were unable to retrieve any of the disc contents. I had not backed up the disc for the past 8 months or more and had all of my work files as well as family photo’s and important emails that were lost. I work for a big a bank (not allowed to publish the name) and the only company we trust is Payam Data Recovery. The guys in IT said they saved us a few times when we had a server crash so when my personal external hard drive fell off my desk and hit the ground really hard – I took it to Payam to have a look. We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. The following article will tell you where to find the location of your iTunes Backups on your computer – https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204215
The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
