All my personal & work files (6 years worth) were all on my external hard drive, that is until my partner accidentally dropped it. Excellent service! I had an awful time with an Apple authorised repairer basically telling me my laptop was toast and it would cost $3,000 to recover my data. I went to Payam Data Recovery as I knew there wasn’t anything physically wrong with my laptop, it was just stuck on an update loop. The team was so professional, set my mind at ease and thankfully recovered all my data, popped it onto a hard drive and delivered everything back to my door (and cost a 10th of what the authorised repairer said it would cost me). I dropped it off on a Tuesday and had my laptop back in my hands the following Wednesday, along with irreplaceable university work, photos and other data. A wipe of the laptop and I am back to getting my work done.
