We lost a great deal of personal family data on an external drive recently. I shopped around for the best price and decided to give Payam a go. I thought I had backed up the photos but when I looked to find the backups I realised that they were not there. I was devastated when our hard drive consisting of 3000 photos, including our kids baby photos decided to pack it in. Excellent service! I had an awful time with an Apple authorised repairer basically telling me my laptop was toast and it would cost $3,000 to recover my data. I went to Payam Data Recovery as I knew there wasn’t anything physically wrong with my laptop, it was just stuck on an update loop. The team was so professional, set my mind at ease and thankfully recovered all my data, popped it onto a hard drive and delivered everything back to my door (and cost a 10th of what the authorised repairer said it would cost me). I dropped it off on a Tuesday and had my laptop back in my hands the following Wednesday, along with irreplaceable university work, photos and other data. A wipe of the laptop and I am back to getting my work done.
