Thanks Craig Nevans at PAYAM Data Recovery Pty Ltd. I recently thought I had lost a lot of memories (photos) when the external hard drive I was using crashed. I thought I had backed up the photos but when I looked to find the backups I realised that they were not there. I was completely devastated, I thought I had lost the photos of grandchildren, friends, holidays. Hundreds of memories and photos that could not be replaced. After my hard drive had crashed i initially thought the recovery of lost data would come easy, but soon found out this was not the case. after months of failed attempts and non return phone calls and emails from some other company’s i heart about payam data recovery through the radio.  the one company i should have dealt with from the beginning, the service and the knowledge the company showed me was great. i am now happy to have 100% of my data recovered and a company i know i can trust if anything had to happen in the future.

We will need you to transfer the iTunes Backup to an external hard drive and send the hard drive to one of our offices. The following article will tell you where to find the location of your iTunes Backups on your computer – https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204215
The duration of an iTunes Backup recovery is dependent on the severity of corruption, size of the backup and the length of the recovery queue at our lab. We aim to have the recovery completed in 2-3 weeks but it could take longer depending on the factors previously outlined.
The recovery fee will be charged upon submitting your job through our webpage. If for some reason the recovery is not successful, we will refund the recovery fee that you have paid.
The recovered data will not be in the form of an iTunes Backup, therefore you cannot restore the data to your iPhone like you normally would with a fully functional iTunes Backup. If you want to transfer the recovered data into your iPhone, you will need to manually enter and transfer the data to the device.
