Short answer

No, that is not a service we provide. We used to offer computer and mobile phone forensics but no longer do. Your best option is a computer or mobile phone forensic specialist, and it is wise to get two or three quotes, because prices vary and are usually charged by the hour.

I believe I have been hacked. Can you help me identify the perpetrator and restore functionality to my devices?

I apologize that this has occurred, but that is not a service we provide. We previously offered computer and mobile phone forensics. However, we no longer engage in this type of work. We do not find this kind of work enjoyable, and we dislike the entire process of dealing with lawyers, courts, paperwork, and all the associated documentation. It is simply not something our staff members enjoy.

Therefore, your best course of action is to seek a computer forensic specialist or mobile phone forensic specialist, if that is what you are seeking. They can assist you with such matters and guide you through the process. It is generally considerably more expensive, especially if you are attempting to identify the individual responsible. Computer forensic software and mobile phone forensic software typically examine the operating system and can check for artifacts and registry entries, as well as other information left behind by operating systems, regarding details such as IP addresses and connected devices. You are best advised to search for a computer forensic expert, data recovery forensics expert, or mobile phone forensics expert.

There are many such professionals. In every state, I strongly recommend obtaining two or three quotes, as prices vary considerably. This service is generally billed or charged similarly to accountants or lawyers, on an hourly rate.
