Payam Data Recovery has been recovering data since 1998, and we hold over 30,000 donor parts, including around 20,000 donor hard drives.
Sending Your Device From Anywhere in South Australia
Many customers post or courier their device to us instead, and it is safe as long as it is packed well. Put the device in a cardboard box with plenty of bubble wrap on every side, send it with a postal or courier service that offers tracking, signature on delivery and insurance, and keep the photo proof of delivery. Submit a new job first to get a job number and the address label to include in the box. Recovered data comes back to you on your own empty drive, or on an external drive or SSD you buy from us, with free return delivery within Australia on every completed job. For every device except phones and tablets, it’s an obligation-free assessment and quote. If you don’t want to go ahead for any reason, you can click the link in the quote to say you’d like it back, and we return it to you for free. Phones and tablets are a fixed price, so the work starts when we have the phone and its passcode.
International customers are always welcome, and the easiest way to reach us from overseas is by email at help@payam.com.au.

From Adelaide and Perth, work starts once the device reaches our Rhodes lab by overnight courier, usually the next business day. From Auckland, choose Emergency and we send it to our Rhodes lab the same day; otherwise parcels go weekly on Friday at no charge. The quote tells you the timeframe for your job.
What should I bring? Bring only the device you want the data recovered from, without chargers, cables, bags or protective cases. If you would like the recovered files saved to your own external drive or SSD, bring that with it.
Can you tell me what is on the drive before I approve the quote? No. Until the recovery is done nobody can see the files. After the recovery we send you a file list or a video preview so you can check what came back before you pay.
