Christmas and New Year Closure

Our offices will be closed from 12pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2025 and will reopen at 9am on Monday, 5 January 2026.

All data recovery work will pause during this period and will resume when we reopen on 5 January.

If you have a new data recovery job, please bring it in as soon as possible so we can start work before our break.

3. You are also welcome to send your device to us via post or courier.

4. If you are closest to our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane labs, you can address your parcel to that lab.

If you are in Adelaide, Perth, regional areas or another state/territory, we recommend sending your device directly to our main specialist lab in Rhodes, NSW, where our hard drive and SSD data recovery lab and advanced electronics repair facilities for mobile phones, MacBooks and chip‑off work are located.

Once you have successfully completed the form, you will receive a mailing label via email with your job number, postal address and our address.
