Possibly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Ryan looked after me and my laptop. Her conservatively managed my expectations to then exceed them all!  Not only the customer service, chats and jokes but also the quick delivery of the service and he recovered all of my data. But wait there is more! Customer service by these guys was exceptional! Wes at the Adelaide office was really kind and helpful, I was a bit emotional when I dropped my phone off as I was so scared I wouldn’t be able to get my data back as I had dropped my phone at the beach over Christmas. He was very reassuring that they have a high success rate and the team know what they are doing. We are talking years of baby photos that were saved… I had no backed up my data to my laptop in a LONG time so lesson learnt. It was successful and only took about 3 weeks in the end. They were great at helping out with a payment plan as I couldn’t do the lump sum all at once. Fingers crossed no issues happen again but I know where to go and send people if it does. I recently spilled water all over my laptop and was in a desperate situation. Apple Brisbane recommended Payam Data Recovery, mentioning that Mac users could get a 15% discount. Initially, I was worried when I saw on the company's website that data recovery for liquid-damaged SSDs could cost between $880 and $1500. Despite this, I took my broken laptop to the recovery centre and explained that, as a student, my budget was $500 max. They took my budget into consideration and gave me a quote of just $350! To my immense relief, they recovered all the important data from my old laptop. I am extremely happy with the outcome. The staff were incredibly nice throughout the entire process, answering all my questions over the phone and showing me how to access the recovered data using the external hard disk drive. The customer service was also great, providing reminders about my appointment and ensuring I was well-informed. If you think you have lost all your data from your water damaged phone, and don't have iCloud back up, don't lose hope! These guys are absolute life savers! After losing all my data from my water damaged iPhone, the Apple store at Castle Hill recommended me to contact Payam. I contacted them and the pleasant receptionist advised I could drop by the Rhodes office with my completely dead phone. Upon arrival at the Payam office, I was met by a friendly gentleman who took the time to clearly explain the whole process and answer all my questions. Not pushy at all and just a straight up nice guy. At the end of our conversation and after handing over my phone ,with the hope the data could be retrieved, I asked  him for his name. He shook my hand and said "I'm Payam Toloo". Works out that the person who I thought was a super friendly customer service rep was the owner and founder of this awesome company. What a champion bloke! Most importantly, within a couple of days I received an email from Payam and to my amazement they were able to completely retrieve all data from my phone. All 500Gbs worth! I'm forever grateful. They were able to retrieve everything and supplied backups, all quickly and with clear communication and as an added bonus provided a simple video with instructions on how to transfer the retrieved back up data from the storage device to my new iPhone. My iPhone drowned, switched off and never turned back on. Apple service centre recommended Payam. Filled in the online form, sent my phone to them, got all my data, photos, contacts, messages recovered. The process was quick and easy to follow. Customer service has been proactively informing me of the progress long the process. Before paying for the service, I was sent a video proving the data was recovered.
