The answer from Payam Toloo, Owner of Payam Data Recovery:

This is a very common issue, often referred to as “no touch.”

Typically, one might attempt to resolve this by replacing the screen or display at a local phone repair shop or an Apple store. However, if this solution proves ineffective, which is not uncommon, the problem may lie with a component on the logic board. This would necessitate advanced troubleshooting, fault finding, and component-level repair.

Most phone repair shops and Apple do not perform this intricate level of work. In such cases, engaging our services would be necessary. Alternatively, if the cost of screen replacement is prohibitive (screens can be quite expensive) and you have already acquired a new device, such as an iPhone 16, we can assist in backing up all your data, thus negating the need for a costly repair on a phone you no longer intend to use.

Therefore, there is a high probability, almost a guarantee, that we can recover all your data.
