Hi, I went to access some photos from my Samsung S5 and they had disappeared. There were so many of my grandchildren and I was devastated. Kane from Payam Brisbane was great and easy to deal with. They definitely know what they are doing and have all the advanced tools and fancy software which can talk to the drive’s firmware directly to recover nearly any faulty drive. In our case our sata hard drive would turn off during data recovery with r-studio and reply with CRC errors. They managed to recover all the data on it and clone it 1:1 to a new drive that was bootable.

Great job, reasonable pricing. And the person you talk to is actually the person who does the recovery so you don’t talk to a clueless front desk person. They are definitely one of the best in their field and this is coming from an IT specialist with 20 years experience.
