The answer from Payam Toloo, Owner of Payam Data Recovery:
Generally, this issue is referred to as “no touch,” meaning the device may power on, but the touch screen is unresponsive.
Replacing the screen and display does not always resolve the problem. Approximately half the time, a simple screen replacement is sufficient. In other instances, the malfunction is due to a faulty electronic component on the logic board.
We are able to identify and replace such components with a spare part, restoring full functionality to your phone. We will also perform a comprehensive backup of all your data.
While you may initially try a mobile phone repair shop, if they are unable to assist, please bring the device to us. We specialize in this type of repair and will recover your data without risk of errors such as returning the wrong phone, accidental factory resets, or data erasure during flashing.
If data recovery is your priority, we recommend contacting us first, as we implement all necessary precautions to prevent such incidents.
We have encountered situations where clients, seeking more affordable options, have chosen local phone shops in shopping centers. Subsequently, they bring the device to us, and we often find that the initial problem should have been easily resolved with 100% data recovery. Unfortunately, unprofessional or inexperienced repair shops can further damage the device.
We exercise extreme caution in our repairs. If your data is important, please bring your device to us first.
