They definitely know what they are doing and have all the advanced tools and fancy software which can talk to the drive’s firmware directly to recover nearly any faulty drive. In our case our sata hard drive would turn off during data recovery with r-studio and reply with CRC errors. They managed to recover all the data on it and clone it 1:1 to a new drive that was bootable.
