They’ve managed to recover irreplaceable baby photos and 90% of the rest from a very damaged laptop hard drive. They remained in contact through the whole process to keep me updated, they even supplied a external hard drive at a good price mailing it to my door. I literally lost 20 + years of data from a 10TB Western Digital HDD. I purchased a second one and was meant to back up my data onto it. By mistake, Windows 10 disk management decided to initialize the wrong 10TB HDD. It was a panic attack heart attack moment. Contacted PAYAM and the whole process, from being able to courier the 2 drives same day to them for assessment, and the quality of the recovery was seamless. They recovered everything that was critical and much much more. They were always there happy to help talk and explain, they even made a backup of my recovered files onto the drive that they did the recovery from for me, so now i have 2 copies for peace of mind. My WD portable hard disk died off suddenly with no hope to restore. Got referral from a friend for this company and retrieved the important data at ease. Expect the fee would be mega high – eventually fixed at a fee that is acceptable. High recommended company if you got the same problem.
I was extremely happy that you were able to recover my lost data (photos). I think they are pretty much 100% all there. I never expected to see the photos again after I had let an incompetent company have first go. I wish I had found your company sooner. I feel like I just got my life back. It’s strange losing photos can make you feel like you’ve lost a part of your life. Even more since I haven’t seen my kids in 2 years now. Payam couldn’t retrieve my photos 1st attempt but called me a year later to lmk they could try again. They were successful, recovered everything. I’m so happy. It was expensive but worth every memory. Thanks guys!!!
Eternally grateful to Payam Data Recovery for recovering the majority of my 15+ years of photos after my external hard drive died. This company came highly recommended and did not disappoint! I sent them a Solid State hard drive that stopped working after 7 months. Not only were they able to recover the data, but they did it extremely fast. The customer service was excellent and always kept me up to date as to where I was in the process. Excellent service! I had an awful time with an Apple authorised repairer basically telling me my laptop was toast and it would cost $3,000 to recover my data. I went to Payam Data Recovery as I knew there wasn’t anything physically wrong with my laptop, it was just stuck on an update loop. The team was so professional, set my mind at ease and thankfully recovered all my data, popped it onto a hard drive and delivered everything back to my door (and cost a 10th of what the authorised repairer said it would cost me). I dropped it off on a Tuesday and had my laptop back in my hands the following Wednesday, along with irreplaceable university work, photos and other data. A wipe of the laptop and I am back to getting my work done.

My drive had hardware failure with very low chance of recovery, however in a very short amount of time (less than 1 business day) Payam had supplied me with a free assessment and gave me a large amount of detail of the issue at hand – they then clearly communicated to me what my options were and the effort required, they were professional at all times including when delivering the bad news. Thank you so much! Payam data recovery truly has gone above and beyond. After dropping my iphone onto the pavement i thought i was dealing with simply a badly smashed screen. After taking it to Apple I was told that i had damaged it beyond just the display and had actually damaged the hardware internally which is why it couldn’t turn on. This was confirmed by a repair shop who also said that there was no chance of recovering the over 8 years of photos and videos that i had on there which had not been backed up anywhere. Payam received my phone on Tuesday morning and by Thursday night I had an email saying that my recovery was complete. Lesson learnt on not backing up your files, but thankfully Payam saved the day. I couldn’t be happier with both the result and the exceptional service.
