Before Visiting or Sending Your Device

Complete the Online Form

  • Submit the “Submit a Job” form online (below) before visiting our office or sending your device – this step is required and saves time (otherwise, you’ll need to complete it in person).

Visiting Our Office

  • After submission, you’ll receive a PDF with your Job Number at the top – print it and bring it with your device.
  • No printer? Write down the Job Number (displayed on-screen and sent via email and SMS) – attach it to your device using paper, a post-it note, or a sticker.

Sending by Post or Courier

  • Print the PDF provided after you submit the form and include it with your device.
  • Protect your device with at least 3cm of bubble wrap on all sides – pack it in a sturdy cardboard box (do not use paper envelopes, which may tear in transit).
  • Choose a delivery service with tracking and signature on delivery – retain your tracking number and receipt for reference.
  • Delivery Services you may wish to use (at your own risk):
    • Australia Post Express Post (add tracking and signature on delivery for a fee)
    • StarTrack or

      TNT Couriers if you have your own account with them.

    • Interparcel  or Zoom2U
  • ⚠️ Note: Avoid “Authority to Leave” (ATL) options – these allow parcels to be left unattended, risking loss or theft – always select tracking and signature on delivery.
  • We’ll email you once your parcel arrives safely.
