PAYAM has again recovered my files and work history within the time frame that i needed them back. I would recommend this service to anyone who thinks that their files are lost forever. Payam’s knowledge and professional service make a distressing occurrence a walk in the park. Cheers Payam.

My wife’s boss recommended Payam to me when our small business server crashed. We lost 5 years of invoices and accounting info without any backup. I called and Wes was very helpful on the phone and when i dropped it off in the city i spoke with Gray. Everyone was really helpful and told me

So impressed, not only were they able to recover all my data but they are extremely professional. For free, they quoted me a price within a day and took into account my student status. Additionally, they showed me how to access all the recovered data and called me back a week later to see if

My experience with Payam was extremely satisfying. The service provided by the staff at Payam from my initial email inquiry and throughout the process was highly professional and exceeded my expectations of service. Staff responded too promptly to emails and returning phone calls, regularly provided feedback regarding progress of my data recovery and bent over

When my RAID array failed I was recommended to go straight to Payam. I must say that I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had. I was most impressed by their flexibility to help me out. Also they did all they could to recover my data, of which 100% was recovered.

It is quite nervous for me to choose a company to recover my data as you know the data worth a lot, much more than the device itself nowadays, after reading some reviews I decide to choose your company as at least I can come into your office and talk to someone, I am glad

I am surprised to see how you recover the data and the good communication provided. Initially, I though the data would lost anyway. Keep up the good work guys.

A simple storage device, which had worked faultlessly for a few years, decided soon after our recent office move that it was not going to boot up again. Having allowed our backup regime to fall behind by a few months, this meant a significant amount of important business data was inaccessible. Tech support from unitas

Has your RAID array failed? Are you unable to access data? Call us!

We offer Australia’s fastest and best RAID recovery service.

We can help you with any set of disks, from any RAID array or NAS Unit, including RAID 5, RAID 6, RAID 0, RAID 1, Spanned/JBOD, RAID 0+1/RAID 10 or any other type of multiple disk volume.

Whether it’s Dell, HP, IBM, Lenovo, Thecus, QNAP, Synology, Apple, Promise, Drobo, Netgear or any other brand of RAID or NAS; we can help with them all.

Any type of RAID configuration: any brand, operating system, or other type of virtualization – we have seen it, understood it, and fixed it. We would love to help you.

Emergency Raid Data Recovery Service

My RAID Array has failed, what should I do first?

First thing’s first: turn off the hard drives. Stop using it immediately. Do not attempt any repair or rebuild, as this may cause permanent data loss or corruption. It is not uncommon for severe damage to occur when an amateur or unqualified fix is attempted.

Can you recover my data?

We can recover data on 98% of cases of RAID failures we see.  Common problems that we see are when a RAID-0 array has one failed drive, or when a RAID-1 set of disks stops working due to a problem with the RAID controller, not the actual hard drives. Often, we see RAID 5 sets of disks with 1 or 2 failed drives (e.g 1 disk may have damaged heads and another may have some read errors or bad sectors).

Windows, Apple, Vmware, ZFX, iSCSI, LVMs, XFS, Linux – we can do it all. For our experts, nothing is impossible. We can fix any type of disk from any type of RAID array or any brand – SAS, SCSI, SATA, FC, SSDs,  We love a challenge and there have been very few situations where we have not been able to recover the data that we have gone after. Our only reason for being in business is to help you, and our only goal is to get your data back!

How much will it cost?

$2500 to $4500 for most of the common types of problems we see.

$3500 to $18,000 for severe damage, extremely complex and very time-consuming cases that are urgent and important, for our Priority or Emergency Service.

For example: A recent case was from a ‘cloud storage’ provider who suffered a flood, and 14 rack mounted RAID arrays all suffered water damage. Our expert team of data recovery engineers managed to rescue more than 120TB of data!

Urgent Raid-5 Data Recovery Service

The cost will vary depending on the number of disks, the type of problem, how complex the RAID recover work will be, the amount of time the data recovery will take and how urgently you need the data back. We will offer you an Economy, Priority and Emergency service options. Our Emergency service means we will work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to get the data back to you as fast as possible.

We will examine your disks for free, confirm what the problem is, and give you a free quote within 24 hours. We do also offer an urgent RAID evaluation and quote service for $500 to get a quote in 4 hours time rather than making you wait 24 hours.

What is your success rate?

As long as the data that has lost has not been securely erased or overwritten, we can recover your data in 99% of cases. With our intelligence and technology, it is very rare that lost data cannot be rescued. We are the world’s best at data recovery. We know what to do and how to do it.We will even perform repairs prior to rebuilding the RAID array, which is where our success rate is much higher than our competitors.

In most cases, it is simply a matter of time before your precious data will be recovered. Your chances of getting your data back quickly and in perfect condition is much higher with Payam Data Recovery than any other alternative.

Common problems we can help with:

  • A disk or two has failed in a RAID array. When one disk fails, it is not uncommon for nobody to notice. But, when the second drive fails, the data may become inaccessible. For example, in a RAID-5 array.
  • Two or three drives failed in a RAID-5 or RAID-6 array.
  • Two disks in a RAID-1 array suddenly fail, usually due to bad sectors/read errors or a head failure.
  • Sudden power loss – this can sometimes cause hard drives to fail. An example of this is when heads are stuck to platters, which prevents drives from spinning up.
  • RAID controller failure or lost RAID configuration.
  • Lost access to all data after powering off a server or relocating it.
  • Hardware problems with the drives, e.g Damaged PCB, damaged heads, bad sectors, seized spindle motor or firmware/system area corruption.
  • Fire damage.
  • Water, liquid or flood damage.

How long does data recovery take?

In some situations, your data will be recovered within 24 hours. In more complex cases, it may take several days or even weeks. We offer two service options initially – a free evaluation and quote within 24 hours OR an urgent evaluation and quote at a cost of $500. If you ask for the urgent quote, we will work on your hard drives as soon as we receive them, and give you an estimated quote within 4 hours. We will always ask for your approval before we start work.

We give three different options with any quote: Economy, Priority and Emergency. The results of the service will be the same in all three, it is the time frame and cost that will be different.
