- Do you have a class-100 clean room to open hard drives to perform internal repairs? If so - can you prove it?
Nearly all of the data recovery companies in Australia do not have a class-100 clean room and falsely advertise that they do. There are many dishonest operators in the Australian data recovery industry. Most Australian data recovery companies send their hard drives to companies like PAYAM Data Recovery or they send it overseas to low-priced, large data recovery companies in places like India and Brazil who are equipped and experienced to handle serious hard drive repairs. Often a data recovery company may have a 'Laminar Flow Cabinet' with a HEPA filter which is called a 'class-100 clean bench' and they claim this is their clean room. They use this laminar flow cabinet in a standard office environment - this is NOT a suitable setup, we have tested this and it's 5,000 times less pure than the environment required to professionally opened a hard drive and perform internal repairs.

- Are you Authorised by Hard Drive Manufacturers to open hard drives, remove the warranty void seals and perform data recovery without voiding the warranty?
PAYAM Data Recovery Pty Ltd is Authorised and respected by all hard disk manufactures worldwide. We never void your warranty and if needed we will provide you with a letter to give to your place of purchase to assist in a warranty claim.
- My data is not worth that much, do you offer a cheaper price or another way to pay for the cost of data recovery?
We offer an Economy Service which gives our customers a 50% discount off our standard prices, this may take 3 or 4 times longer for your work to complete as we give your work a low-priority status but the result is always the same as the full price paying customers. This is ideal if you need your data back but you are not in a hurry.
We also offer a 12 month installment payment plan for some full price recoveries if you need your data back ASAP but cannot pay for the whole invoice immediately. Pay 25% now and pay the remaining balance over 12 months as equal monthly installments.
