Step 1 - Decide how you are going to provide us with your PRIV.EDB and PUB.EDB Files as well as your priv and pub STM Files, your options are:

  • We can email you a username/password to connect to our FTP Server, you can upload your file to us. Only available for files less than 1 GB in size.
  • You can email us with your ftp server details or web server login details, we can download the files from your server. Only available for files less than 1 GB in size.
  • You can copy the EDB and STM files to a CD or DVD and post it to us by Mail or a Courier service.

Step 2 - Send us an email:

  • Please send an email to: exchangerecovery@payam.com.au
    • Tell is which option you would like to take (Upload to our FTP, We can Download from your FTP or Post the DVD). Please include your name and Telephone number in the email.
    • We will email you back with our Server address, username and password.

Step 3- We will extract all mailboxes into individual PST Files:

  • Within 24 hours of receiving your files, we will convert the mailboxes to a PST Files with all of your appointments and Calendars/contacts..etc included.
  • Once The file has been converted, we will email you back with details on how to pay and download your file once paid. We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard.

How much will this cost & How do i pay you?

We work on a NO FIX, NO FEE Policy. You only pay if we can help you.

How Long will it take to recover my data?
Once we have your EDB files at our office, We can normally complete this work for you within 24 hours. EDB files with more than 50 mailboxes can take up to 2-3 days.
