This is made up of a $50 Attempt Fee + $250 to $450 due only if your data can be recovered! 
A fixed price quote will be given within 24 hours of examining the phone.

• We ask only for a $50 attempt fee (not refundable) for our time and you pay the remaining $250 - $450 only if we can recover the data you need.
• Before we begin work, once of our engineers will contact you with a quote. Normally in the total price range of $300 - $500 depending on how much time we estimate we will need to spend. The cost may be higher if extra time or work is required (e.g for minor hardware problems or new problems that require research). 
• This initial $50 fee includes return delivery by a courier if required back to you when our work is completed.
• If we cannot recover the data you require, the 2nd payment of $250 - $450 is NOT due. 
• If you require data recovery from any removable memory card from your phone (e.g MicroSD card), we offer a $250 no-fix, no-fee service for memory cards. This is considered as a separate type of data recovery service and requires additional time. Common requests we have for memory cards from phones include deleted photos, lost photos & reformatted memory cards.
• For all jobs we do no mobile phones: We cannot be sure if we can recover the data you require until we attempt this data recovery work and complete the process. We do not want to get your hopes up. If you feel the cost is worthwhile and you are happy to pay a $50 attempt fee, we will attempt to recover all possible data you request. We will exhaust all possible data recovery options available to us to help you but we cannot ever guarantee that we can help you until we attempt the work. Some problems were previously 'not recoverable' and after more time and research, we are developing new solutions every month to successfully recover data. If you are not happy with the result, you pay nothing else.

If you agree to pay the $50 attempt fee for our time, We will extract all possible data from your mobile phone, SIM card and memory card for you then present this to you in a report format. You can then decide if the data you want has been able to be recovered then you can pay the additional $250-$500 for a copy of this report and data. If the data you want has not been found, the $50 payment is not due. You may pickup the phone from us or we can return it to you by a courier at no extra charge. 

This  report is also useful if you would like to present a copy of all data on your phone to your employer, partner or for a court case. Seek your own legal advise 1st.

This mobile phone data recovery service takes 5-10 full business days at the moment due to high demand for this service. 
This price is for a limited time only, this price is subject to increase at any time. We offer this service to people worldwide, we can offer international delivery by Fedex or other postal services if required.

Urgent Sameday service availble for most phones:

$1500 Urgent Service Initial Fee (not refundable) for our time to stop all other work and give your phone High Priority status + $250 - $450 is only due if we can recover your data! Note for phones that have over 8 GBs of memory this may take longer than 1 day.

Important Notes: 

• It is not always possible to recover lost or deleted data from a mobile phone, SIM card or memory card. If the device does not keep the deleted data on the device, has erased the data in a secure way or if the data has been overwritten we will not be able to recover the deleted data! We won't know what can be recovered until we try - this is why offer a fair price and only $50 attempt fee. We will use our tools to recover ALL possible data at a fixed price and present the findings to you to see if it is useful to you.
• For any circumstances where special work is needed with more time or a VERY low chance of success or special research work is needed, you may be given a quote in the price range of $1000-$3000 with a higher attempt fee if required. We will seek your approval before doing this work in all cases.
  

There are 6 steps to follow to use our mobile phone data recovery service:

1. Turn your phone off to prevent overwriting any data. Leave your SIM card & memory card (if installed) in the phone. Find your power charger cable for the phone.
2. Pack your phone (with SIM card) & power charger cable in a box, wrap them in bubble wrap/foam to protect it damage in transit.
3. Inside the box, include your business card or a note with your full name, address, phone number and email address.
4. Inside the box include details of what you are looking for - e.g a deleted photo of a newborn baby or a deleted text message from a certain phone number on a particular date or time and any information about the contents. The more information you can provide us the better. If your phone has a PIN or any other passwords, please include this information int he package. This information will be treated as confidential.
5. Deliver the package to Payam Data Recovery, Level 3, 54 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW, 2060, Australia in person between the hours of 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. No appointment is needed or send it to us by post/courier. This service is not available in our Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth office locations at this stage, our head office in North Sydney, NSW is offering this service. If  you deliver it to one of our other offices, they can send it to our North Sydney, NSW office by a courier company free of charge for you using 'Australian Air Express' couriers. We will not be held liable if the courier company looses the package for any reason or the contents are damaged.
6. Once the phone arrives, we will let you know it has arrived. We will ask you to confirm that you are the owner of the phone and ask for the $50 attempt fee. You can pay by Credit Card, EFT, Cash in person or Paypal. 
7. 5-10 days after receiving the phone, we will contact you to let you know if we found what you were looking for. If you are happy you will be provided the data in a report format (HTM page) which you can print and we will provide you a copy of all the data extracted on a DVD disc. The total due is normally in the range of $250 - $500 Australian Dollars if you are happy with the result. Payment can be made cash, EFTPOS, elctronic funds transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners or Paypal. If you would like us to send the phone back to you by a courier, we will do this for you free of charge using Australian Air Express couriers or a local courier if available and can offer delivery by Fedex or EMS International Air Mail Courier Service for international customers at an additional cost depending on the destination country.
