A Seagate 2 TB SATA HDD was dropped, the heads were damaged. The owner took it to 2 other data recovery firms, none of them could recover any data. We got 100% of the files back!

This was an old Maxtor Shared Storage NAS HDD that was done in Sydney. However, I had email correspondence beforehand and convinced him to send it into us for evaluation and quote after much back and forwarding via email, over about 3/4 days.

We recently received a set RAID drives from a customer who considered his data so important that he decided to get 3 quotes from different companies & would pay for all recoveries to secure the highest chance of getting his data back.

HP technicians came onsite and attempted to replace HDD, server would not rebuild or load OS. They then attempted replacing RAID controller and server would still not load OS. At this point client had lost some confidence in the technicians fault finding diagnosis and decided to seek data recovery assistance.
